Joel Bond

Joel came to Beach Hillel in July 2016 as our Innovation Specialist as part of the Springboard Fellowship. After going through Tarbut V’Torah and being raised in South Orange County, Joel recently graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics #Aztecs4Life! During his time on campus, Joel played an active role in the Jewish and non-Jewish campus communities, which include Alpha Epsilon Pi, Associated Students, Aztecs for Israel, Hillel, and Model United Nations. Following graduation in 2015, Joel spent the next year working in all levels of politics, in which he realized his love for Jewish student life and was drawn back to the Hillel world.
